What a fantastic evening!
We, Phoenix, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was lovely to see every seat in the hall filled and it was joy to sing to you all. We loved singing together with Triple Harmony and it was amazing to see how much they have matured since our last joint concert.
Yulia is a genius and both choirs appreciate her passion and patience in making us performance ready. Thank you, Yulia, so much. Our joint set challenged both choirs but I think we managed to pull it off!
Both choirs received positive feedback from the audience, many of whom said it was amazing. The raffle also proved popular, thank you for all the donated prizes and to everyone who bought a ticket.
And finally, a huge ‘thank you’ goes out to our audience- we managed to sell 144 tickets, which was a sell out, our first ever!. The raffle ticket sales were astonishing and as a consequence, we are going to be able to donate £550 to the Fountains Centre, Guildford. A date to present the cheque is being arranged.
